 How To Use TSBM 2000
----------------------
Because TSBm 2000 works with all the Tecmo Super Bowl ROMs, it
does things differently than the previous TSB Managers. The biggest
change is that you no longer work directly with the ROM. There is
now a .TSB file that contains team and player information that can
be used for _ANY_ rom. The .TSB format is just a special file used
solely by TSBm 2000. All you do is create a blank template, and
define the teams. You can define as many or as little teams as you
want. For example, the 1999-2000 NFL season had 31 teams. You can
add _ALL_ 31 teams to the .TSB file. Then you edit the teams
rosters. Each team roster has room for seven people at every
position (QB, RB, WR, TE, OL, DL, LB, DB, K, P). So if a team has
three quarterbacks, you can add all three to the .TSB file. Before
you start thinking that this means that you can now have 31 teams
in all the ROMs, let me explain how you work with the ROM.

Once you've got a .TSB file, you can then export it to a ROM. A
window will pop up with the names of the original teams (from the
ROM.) You then choose the team from your .TSB file that you want
to save in that slot. This means if you have 31 teams in your .TSB
file and you are exporting the info to the NES version, you must
choose the 28 teams (of 31) that you want to save.

Importing data from a ROM is a little more simple... you just
select the ROM and TSBm 2000 will pull the information from it.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Remember to use the .TSB file as your work in
progress version. If you are making new rosters, save your info
into a .TSB file, and don't just export it into a ROM. Saving as
a .TSB file will allow you to save more teams and players and it
is faster to work with and it is independent of all the ROMs. In
other words ... just use the .TSB file!

Everything should be self-explanatory if you know how to use a
computer, so I won't go into much more detail. Just one thing that
may need explaining. The "Edit/Swap Defensive Backs" menu will
swap your 3rd & 4th DBs with your 5th & 6th DBs. Example:
	1. Samari Rolle (LCB); 2. Denard Walker (RCB);
	3. Marcus Robertson (FS); 4. Blain Bishop (SS)
	5. Anthony Dorsett (DB); 6. Perry Phoenix (DB)
That is in the TSB 1 format - four defensive backs. In TSB 2 & 3,
there are seven defensive backs, but 3 & 4 are NOT the starters -
5 & 6 are the starting safties and 3 & 4 are backup CBs. So, to
get back to the original point, the "Swap" feature will swap the
DB starters of all the teams so you can toggle between the two
versions of TSB. Now you are probably confused ... :)

The other thing that may be confusing is the rating system ...
but I'm still working on that - so don't worry about it.

 What's Missing? / Known Bugs
------------------------------
* Cannot edit Playbooks
* Cannot edit Schedules
* Cannot edit Colors
* Cannot edit Team Logos
* SNES TSB 2 is not supported. Just simply because the 3 in 1
roster format is a pain to deal with. It will in the long run.
* PSX version is not yet supported. Why? Because the game is so
stupid and you can edit the players anyways. (Thanks to whoever sent
me the CD. I will eventually get to it.)
* SEGA TSB 2 only works with one of the three rosters. You can
import any of the three rosters, but when you export, they will
all be over-written with the new roster.
* The free agency points in TSB 2 & 3 are not dealt with - in the
future they will be tied in with the rating sytem.
* The Free Agents and All-Time Greats in TSB 3 are not saveable.
* The rating system is still under development
* A decent readme.txt
